His culinary pedigree includes time spent in the kitchen at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, Stillwater Bar and Grill, Ventana Inn’s Cielo Restaurant, Pacific’s Edge restaurant at The Highlands Inn, the InterContinental’s The Clement’s The C restaurant and as executive chef for the first Pebble Beach Food & Wine event.
