More Than an Artichoke Festival!
The Artichoke Festival Committee is looking forward to continuing the fun and excitement in 2021! We’ve planned safe, family-friendly events sure to please the most avid artichoke lovers, as well as local community fans and friends throughout the year. A Halloween Haunted House, each weekend in October: Spooky thrills and chills for all ages, our 2nd year for the Haunted House will bring new scares and fun for adults and children. Find us alongside the Cardinale and Wright Pumpkin Patch at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center. Tickets sold online and at the gate.
2nd Annual Turkeys and Toys Charity Golf Tournament, November 21: Back for its second year at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch, players will have a chance to win a hole-in-one contest for a new car — all to benefit The Food Bank for Monterey County and the Operation Give Back Toy Drive. We’ll open registration for players in September 2021.
NEW in 2021! Winter Wonderland, December 10-12: Snow and lights, Christmas trees and carolers, hot chocolate and cookies, and a tree decorating contest! Our first inaugural weekend of winter wonder for families will be held at the Cardinale and Wright Christmas Tree lot at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center. Coming in 2022
Artichoke Festival 5K Beach Run: This year’s beach fun run will be held before the Artichoke Festival, on the beautiful beaches of the Monterey Bay. Keep it real, keep it fun, keep it VEGGIE! Date TBD – Spring of 2022.
The Artichoke Festival: Our iconic namesake event, held at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center — a weekend community festival dedicated to the all things Artichoke. Save the Date! June 11-12, 2022.
