The Artichoke Festival Committee is looking forward to continuing the fun and excitement in 2025!
This iconic event, now held at the Monterey County Sheriff’s Posse Grounds in Salinas, is a weekend community festival dedicated to the all things Artichoke. Our event has been a tremendous aid in our mission to continue supporting our community. We’ve planned family-friendly events, sure to please the most avid artichoke lovers, as well as local community fans and friends. Running Fridays & Saturdays, the last four weekends in October: Just when you thought it was safe to go to the movies, our haunted tour of Hollywood’s scariest movies will send your head spinning! It’s the 4th year for the Artichoke Festival’s Haunted House featuring the “Museum of Horrors: A Tour of Hollywood’s Scariest Movies.” Produced in conjunction with the creative team of Escape Room 831 of Monterey, and located alongside the Cardinale and Wright Pumpkin Patch at the Monterey County Fair & Event Center, our haunt will be a screamer for adults and children 12 years and older. Tickets sold online and at the gate.

Big Choke Golf welcome you to enjoy a great day of golf at Bayonet Black Horse in Seaside, California. The 4-person scramble tees off at 9:00 AM, September 21, 2024. Proceeds will support the youth of North Monterey County through the
Jr. Choke Foundation! Golfers and Sponsors can
