Here’s How to Apply:
1.
Access the online registration form for Nonprofit Partners below:
Non-profit Partnership Vendor Application FormYou’ll need to create a vendor account using your email. This step is crucial as we’ve designed a unique form, “Non-profit Partnership Vendor Application Form,” to cater specifically to our nonprofit partners.
2.
Fill in your organization’s details, activity descriptions, and upload pictures of your setup along with your tax exemption letter or IRS nonprofit EIN.
3.
Select any additional amenities you might need. We provide 10 complimentary festival entry tickets for participants, with the option to purchase more if required.
4.
Sign the Vendor Rules & Regulations contract to proceed.
After Approval:
Upload any remaining required documents (insurance COIs, city business license, *county health permit if applicable).
Complete your application by signing the online post-approval waiver.
Deadline: Ensure all documents are submitted by May 8, 2024, for a seamless experience.

Monterey City Temporary Business License

Required for food/beverage vendors. Contact MCHD at (831) 647-7654 or (831) 755-4505 by May 7, 2024, at the latest.
